What’s New With Target Investment Clearly California: July 2023

Clearly California is a Cocannco target investment based in central California. The company has developed a proven, profitable model and has begun scaling. Founded in 2020, Clearly California has plans to expand and reach $5.5 million in sales by 2024. 

2023 has been a fruitful year for Clearly California, and we are excited to share the growth phase of Cocannco’s first target investment.

Five existing product lines

Clearly, California is selling five different products – the Single Fin, the Twin Fin, pre-rolls, eighths of flower, and a topical rub. The two most popular products are the Twin Fin and the topical rub.

The Twin Fin

Consumers are particularly interested in this product because it’s unlike anything on the market. California restricts adult-use cannabis products to no more than 1,000 mg of THC per package. While one side of this product’s split jar – the HTE – contains almost 1,000 mg of THC on its own, the other side contains mostly THCA, which does not become THC until heated. 

Because of this THC/THCA combo, this product is incredibly innovative and the first of its kind in the California market.

The Healing Cream (THC) Topical Rub 

The rub is popular because it (1) does not get you high and (2) provides relief to a wide variety of aches and pains. The testimonials for this product are piling up – we’ve heard how it has helped people with arthritis, cuts, burns, muscle soreness, strains, and more. This product has appeal far outside the usual demographics in the cannabis industry and falls more into the health and wellness category. It produces the largest margin of all the Clearly California products and will likely be a top seller.

Clearly California has seen so much success with this product that they are now reengineering the formula to produce a topical rub with a lower amount of THC which enables it to be shipped nationally and sold in any non-regulated retail location. Stay tuned for more updates on that.

The three new products in the works

Aside from the modified, shippable topical rub, Clearly California is currently working on three new products.

1. 510 Thread Vape Cartridges 

To deliver more accessible pricing to their market, Clearly California is rolling out 1-gram disposable vape cartridges that are more affordable than previously manufactured half-gram cartridges but with the same high-quality full-spectrum sauce. 

2. Cannabis Capsules

Clearly California is rolling out a new cannabis capsule with 25 mg of THC, 5 mg of CBD, and 90-degree melt lab-grade coconut oil. 

3. Hash

This is an exciting product because solventless cannabis extracts are harder to find in the market and are a healthier alternative to solvent extracts. Clearly California purchased the equipment to produce bubble hash several months ago and is currently in the experimental period to perfect the formula.

Clearly California now has statewide distribution and salespeople

The company has been working with the distribution service Rukli for several months, so the products can now be distributed across northern and southern California within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order.,

Clearly California has begun working with a sales team to get products into both large and small dispensaries.
